Group booking policy – for groups large and small

In order to keep within our ethos of being a ‘Quality Family Guest House’ we would like to point out that we consider ourselves to be family (ie child) friendly. In view of this, for adult groups occupying more than three rooms we do not put additional beds in rooms and will not accommodate more adult guests per room than shown in our ‘per room’ tariff. i.e. no more than two in double rooms, three in Westwood family room or four in Asher family room.

Abbey Heights self-catering accommodation

Also in the city centre, we have four luxurious apartments, three with two double/twin rooms, two bathrooms and a lounge with a double sofa-bed and one apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. Bed-linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fitted with all modern top-of-the-range appliances. Each of the larger apartments can sleep up to six people and the smaller one can sleep four, if you use the sofabed in the lounge but we do feel that they work best with just four guests in each (or two in Abbey View). They are priced for a maximum occupancy of four guests in the large apartments and two in the smaller one, so there will be an additional charge for extra guests.
