Tales of the expected, the unexpected and the downright unusual

Bath is buzzing at the moment – and it’s not just the bees. Here at Three Abbey Green we are so enthusiastic about all the unusual events on offer over the summer that we have put together a factsheet ‘Twelve top tips for exploring Bath on foot’. We don’t want you to miss any opportunity to see Bath from a different angle and if you stay with us, you can do them all by just using your feet. No cars or public transport required. So, if you want to see the Roman Baths by candlelight whilst drinking champagne, blow your own Bath glass bauble or try Stand Up Paddleboarding, read on. Actually, we got a bit over-excited and have given you thirteen things to do while you visit Bath.

One of the suggestions is to follow the Minerva Owls’ sculpture trail, so it was thrilling to find one of the 80 Owls has joined us in Abbey Green. You only have another 79 to find!

We are proud beyond measure that two of our part-time staff, Bath University students Pip and Beth, have both finished their studies here with a 2:1 in Environmental Science. Well done to both of you.

And finally, even the weather is conspiring to make Bath amazing. Come and join us!
